    Horrible customer service the owner is constantly lying about when the order will be finish. Promising it will be completed in a week but not finishing it for a month. A “ten minute job” in her words takes a week was a terrible experience and I would definitely not recommend it.

    If it was possible to rate lower than 1 star, I would.I waited for 20 minutes in this store and no one was to be seen , 20minutes is a long time when you only have a 60min lunch break. There is an automatic door bell as you walk in, so I thought someone would come and assist me shortly , but nothing. So I rang the bell on the counter , still no one came. I phoned the store, hoping someone was out the back and just hadn't heard me come in, and no one even answered the phone. Disgusting service ( or lack thereof). I was going to place a large order today but I will not be going back or recommending to anyone. Customers deserve better.

    Rip off and poor service, not nice people to deal with very rude. Their happy to take your money on big orders, but stuff up in the process of delivery timeframe then claim no money back for their sruff up and mistakes. Do not go here peeps, there are other great established fabric places that has good service, quality fabrics Australian made and they know what their doing. Stay away.
